The seven things people ask before ordering.
Most styles are regular fit and true to size. Boxy and oversized styles say so on the product page — size down if you want them closer to the body. Every product page links to our size guide with flat garment measurements, which is more reliable than guessing.
Fill power measures how much space one ounce of down occupies — higher means more warmth for the same weight. 550–650 is a mild-winter jacket, 700 is a proper cold-weather piece, 750–800 is what we use for parkas and maxi coats. Wind and length matter as much as fill power, which is why our long coats are the warmest things we make.
Dispatched in 1–2 business days, then 6–10 business days within the EU, 8–14 to the US and Canada, up to 20 for the rest of the world. Tracking is included. Full table on Shipping & Delivery.
Possibly. Prices exclude import duties and VAT charged by your country; if they apply, the carrier collects them before delivery. We cannot under-declare a parcel. EU customers should budget for import VAT on deliveries from outside the EU.
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn with tags. Email us for the return address, send it tracked, and we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. Details in Returns & Refunds.
We accept two payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer (T/T), both in euros. For a bank transfer, email Sales@gofutura.net or message us on WhatsApp and we will send the account details and a proforma invoice; we ship once the funds clear. We do not accept card payments directly and charge no surcharge for either method.
Our down comes from suppliers in Hebei and Anhui who provide traceability documentation for each batch. We do not claim a certification we cannot evidence — if a specific certificate matters to you, email us before ordering and we will send what we hold for that style.
