1. Who we are
This shop is operated by GOFUTURA GROUP CO., LIMITED, UNIT 1618B, 16/F, PIONEER CENTRE, 750 NATHAN ROAD, MONG KOK, HONG KONG, CHINA (“AZUR”, “we”). AZUR is the e-commerce division of the Gofutura Group, and GOFUTURA GROUP CO., LIMITED is the merchant of record for every order. Contact: Sales@gofutura.net.
2. These terms
By placing an order you accept these terms. They apply to consumers; if you buy as a business, statutory consumer protections do not apply. We may update the terms; the version in force is the one published when you order.
3. Products and images
We describe every item as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and natural materials vary between units — a small difference in shade or down loft is not a defect. Measurements in the size guide are garment measurements with a tolerance of ±1.5 cm.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude import duties, sales tax and VAT charged by your country, which the carrier may collect on delivery. Shipping is free. We charge no surcharge for either payment method. If a price was obviously wrong (for example a €139 coat listed at €13.90), we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to the address, or if fraud checks fail. You are charged through PayPal orders are charged at the point of order; bank transfer orders are dispatched only after the funds have cleared. If we decline, we refund immediately.
6. Payment
We accept exactly two payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer (T/T) in EUR. PayPal payments are captured at checkout. For bank transfers, contact us at Sales@gofutura.net or on WhatsApp to receive the account details and a proforma invoice; we dispatch once the funds have cleared. We do not accept card payments directly and never see your card details. PayPal disputes are handled under PayPal's buyer protection rules.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Delivery for services, times and customs.
8. Returns
30-day returns and refunds are described in Returns & Refunds. EU consumers additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, without giving a reason.
9. Warranty
12 months against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for death, personal injury or fraud, and for breach of mandatory consumer law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, the AZUR name and mark — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong SAR, China. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
